Hello all, my name is Traci Schuler, and I am the Controller here at All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I have been with the company since 2012 and have held many different positions, starting as the appointment coordinator and backup cashier for our Service Department. I grew up and graduated in Panama City, FL. The beach has always been my favorite! I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four girls on my days off. On sunny days, you can likely find us on our boat at the Lake of the Ozarks. I genuinely enjoy working for this family-owned and operated business. Hi! Michelle Guthrie here, an office manager for the All-Star Dodge Chrysler RAM team! I love working in the auto world, helping clients, and doing my part to ensure our dealership runs smoothly. I’ve worked in the auto world for over 35 years, building some of the best relationships with team members, customers, and community members. We go above and beyond to complete the job correctly, regardless of the situation. Our top priority is customer satisfaction. My friends and colleagues know me as a workhorse who gives her all!

I’m Steve Spurgetis, a trustworthy people person with a variety of qualities, such as being excellent with time management, goal-oriented, a strong communicator, a solid decision maker, and very well organized. I work hard to ensure our routes are followed correctly, allowing pickups and deliveries to be completed efficiently. I go above and beyond to learn more about current driving regulations and train my team members with this information. Seeing them succeed lets me know I’m doing my job and that we’re representing the All Star CDJR business well. When it comes to my free time, you can catch me taking up golf or watching sports; a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and the University of Illinois basketball team.

Hi! I’m Kim Burgess, an accounting assistant for the dealership! My automotive career began in February 2020, starting as a receptionist and working my way up to accounting. I’m new to this team, joining in March 2023. I look forward to establishing an exceptional reputation amongst colleagues and customers. Regardless of the position, the industry, or the business, I’m known for my smile and positive attitude. My motto is that you only live once, so it’s best to live to the fullest!

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and watching sports, from football to baseball, hockey, and basketball. My husband is the most amazing guy; we’ve been married since 2018 and love traveling. I’ve been all over the world, including China, Australia, Mexico, and many more countries.

Hello, and thank you for choosing All Star! I am a driven team member who strives for perfection through the use of moving images as well as still photography. My goal is to be pleasant with everyone I come across, whether a customer or co-worker. I want to leave everyone with a wonderful experience day in and day out. I am originally from Sherwood, Arkansas, where I attended Sylvan Hills High School. I went on to get my B.A. in Broadcast Journalism at Arkansas Tech University. I also pursued and received my M.A. in Multimedia Journalism. I migrated to the St. Louis area hoping for more opportunities, and it took no time to find it with All Star. I am excited to be a part of this team and give good ideas, content, and visual storytelling to everyone who views my content on our socials. God Bless!

I am very proud that I have been in the same line of work for 36 years. Many people can’t say that; however, I have made it through layoffs. So for that, and establishing some of the best relationships with colleagues and customers, I’m very grateful! Others know me as a loyal person who shows up to work every day, providing honest and helpful service. In addition to my honesty, my coworkers say I’m known for my sense of humor; I try to make every situation one that others can enjoy. It feels excellent when customers continue to come to me for service and my colleagues look to me for help; it lets me know they trust my work ethic and enjoy my personality. Outside of work, I love being around my family, especially my daughter, Rachel. I’m also a huge fan of sports – I love hockey.

Lori Smith is my name, and I’m a Deal Auditor who joined the team in March 2019 as a Finance Manager. However, my automotive career began 43 years ago at age 22, and I’ve enjoyed every moment. Meeting some amazing people and forming excellent working relationships has been the highlight of my career. My colleagues and clients can rely on me for honest, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service. I come in daily ready to work while providing dependable service. My team can also count on me for my fun demeanor. Sometimes my colleagues can hear me singing songs randomly playing on the radio as I do everything I can to make the atmosphere one that others will love.

Outside work, I love to read and spend time with my family and friends, especially my four grandchildren. My son Nicolas works for Amazon, my daughter Traci is the Controller for All Star Dodge, and my current boss! I have been married to my husband, Alberto, for 36 years, and we love to travel and see the world. We were born on the same day, same month, the same year, and at the same hospital. I guess we were truly meant to be!
